Ortquist hopes the FLY is making a difference in the community. Ortquist and
her associates oversee the program that is sponsored by the Jericho Road
Community Health Center. The program is located on 301 14th St. and is available to refugee students around the area. FLY focuses on
meeting the needs of middle school refugee children grades six through eight in
