LIVERY TO LIVING SPACE - The White Brothers Livery and Boarding Stable on Jersey Street, above, is being converted to a 14- apartment building following a collapse in 2008. The City of Buffalo Urban Renewal Agency contracted Savarino Cos . Inc. for the project.
